Syren checks his equipment over and over nervously. we must win, we must win! he cringes and hits his head a few times. "it's not we, it's I. I must win." he goes back to his revolvers and cleans them diligently.

Toshiro: *looks around waiting of his opponent*

(that'll take forever. I'll just walk into the stadium and fight Toshiro head on, focusing all I have on him.)

it's time... Syren nervously gets up from the bench and walks out of the waiting room, into the corridor, and onto the field. He wipes his sweaty palms on his jacket and shakingly removes his glasses, putting them into his pocket. He gets in his ready stance.

Toshiro: *walks out on to the field* So you are my opponent.

Syren: yep, looks like I am... Let's have a good fight, okay? It's my first, but I'll try to give you something to talk about back home. *he places his hands on his holsters, in a western shoot out stance*

At the sound of Shinigami, Syren bolts to the left, drawing his revolvers out at the same time, and rapidly begins firing, all the while staring intently at Toshiro.

At the sound of Shinigami, Syren bolts to the left, drawing his revolvers out at the same time, and rapidly begins firing, all the while staring intently at Toshiro.

Toshiro: *slices a few bullets in half then runs to the right and throws one knife at Syren*

Syren focuses his gaze at Toshiro's right hip and activates Pettance Stare for a quick burst, forcing Toshiro to lose all feeling and strength in that leg. He then drops down into a roll and fires the rest of his clip at the spot where He estimates Toshiro will fall, narrowly evading the thrown knife.

Syren focuses his gaze at Toshiro's right hip and activates Pettance Stare for a quick burst, forcing Toshiro to lose all feeling and strength in that leg. He then drops down into a roll and fires the rest of his clip at the spot where He estimates Toshiro will fall, narrowly evading the thrown knife.

Toshiro: *makes to dirt around him into a heavy mist and lands on the ground then pulls out three knifes and throws both of them in opposite directions at Syren*

Syren rolls back to his feet, holstering his guns in the process, and sprints towards Toshiro, managing to evade two knives and catches a third using his honed reflexes. He reverse grips the knife and rushes towards the mist.

(why the mist? And you did throw three knives, right? The wording was a little off.)

(I think by mist he mean't the dust produced when he slammed onto the ground)

(ya sounds like he kicked up the mist then threw 3 knives)
