Noel is the adopted daughter of Ignatius DeSanta; the fact that she's adopted is something she still doesn't know. Despite her weak looking constitution, Noel has to be one of the strongest people you will ever meet, what she lacks physically she makes up for mentally. She works alongside her father at their farm, and often helps him hunt - but that goes without saying that she almost always gets in the way, though despite that whenever someone gets injured she's always there to patch them up with what little first aid kit skill she has. She is well "acquainted" with Ryth Saranthia due to events that happened sometime ago.

Lucifer grabs the gun from Frankie and starts inspecting it frantically The Trigger, Slide, Grip everything then he walks over to a distance away from the target and shoots it destroys the target completely he looks at the gun amazed
Lucifer: Amazing....haha this is very nice if i say so myself...one question can this gun be nullified and aged and rust into nothingness

Syren runs out into the middle of Neo York and screams at the top of his lungs. "Alright you bunch of flea ridden maggots! I have lived amongst you and have seen your city for what it is!" he grabs a passerby and rips off his coveted sunglasses, revealing his golden, transcended eyes. He stares into the man's eyes as the man begins to scream and smoke. "Be cleansed you swine! May judgement be dealt upon you! Feel my Devine power of the PETTANCE STARE!" the Mann then crumbles to ashes and the populace begin to scream in terror as the run from Syren, also known as Limbo. He laughs hysterically and begins to grab people, burning them from the inside out with a glance of his rage filled eyes.
Frankie: *he notices the group gathered at his store. Before he can address them all, he notices Syren's "rampage". Putting on his coat and hat, he storms out of his store to confront him* ...Excuse me, everyone...
