(Considering the fact that I was ready for his attack and had a Scythe in my hand, I thought I would be able to slash him)

As Mayuri is grabbed by the throat, he quickly slashes Ryth using his Scythe. The Scythe's blades are now deep inside Ryth's body [Still connected to the Scythe].
The moment Mayuri realizes Ryth's intentions as they both hover above the city, Mayuri punches Ryth violently in an attempt to make him let go

Ryth: *there's a huge gash on his chest from when Mayuri slashed at him. It's covered up by the armor now but the injury is still there*

*he staggers up to Mayuri, and steps on his chest. Mayuri is still in the crater. Ryth delivers a simple stab to Mayuri's stomach, using his sword*

... Do... Do you see this, Mayuri? Treachery... Factionalism... It will destroy our race from within. We are Gods... And yet... We still fall prey to the sins of humans. Why, comrade, friend, why? *he shows remorse and sadness*

*Ryth coughs up some blood as he gets weaker. His foot is still on Mayuri's chest*

Ryth: *he covers his mouth, coughing up more blood. He stands up, legs shaking and off balance. He staggers a few steps, but then falls over and onto the ground*

Mayuri stared at Ryth. It seemed as though every bone in his body was broken. He could not speak or move... There were only thoughts

*Nia, taking her daily stroll through Zenithan notices the wreckage and the two damaged Observers. She immediately runs to their location, knowing that something bad had occurred between Ryth and Mayuri. Noticing both of them are unconscious, she tried picking them both up, but failed as she only has so much strength as a female being. She throws her much more light master, Mayuri, over her shoulder and grabs Ryth by the collar of his armor, dragging him along. She takes them to a hospital where they both can get treated.*

 

[Ghan]

There was no sound. There was nothing. Darkness.

He sat Indian style and began meditating, embracing the darkness. All his childhood fears took fruition in his absent mind, creating a huge void. One by one, he imagined slicing them off through their neck. Staz had then rose and continued walking through The Dark Lands, trudging slowly.

Mayuri opened his eyes, noticing that he was no longer sitting on a crater. He could not move his head or speak a word but knew that he had been saved by none other than his apprentice, Nia Kurotsuchi. There were several questions in his mind
"What will happen now?"
"Is Ryth alive?"
"Will I be executed?"

 

[Troi]

Mayuri opened his eyes, noticing that he was no longer sitting on a crater. He could not move his head or speak a word but knew that he had been saved by none other than his apprentice, Nia Kurotsuchi. There were several questions in his mind
"What will happen now?"
"Is Ryth alive?"
"Will I be executed?"

"You're awake, I see." *Nia says with a serious attitude, standing next to his hospital bed.* "Fighting Ryth head on with no back up was utterly idiotic..."

*Nia left Ryth to recover and took special care of her master. Planning on taking him back to the clan hideout soon.*

*Whilst he went back to sleep, Nia placed another pill in his mouth. She did not want her master to feel any pain. She has a feeling of revenge swerving inside of her, but there is nothing she can do. She respected Ryth. Her Guardian. Her teacher. Her comrade. Her friend. She was stuck between two paths. She was either going to have to decide to go down the right path, or the left path. Who's to say she won't go down the middle and create her own path? Whilst all these thoughts are boggling her mind, she further operates on her master. She wanted him in top physical condition within a few days. She cannot bear to see him like this.*

 

[Fearmonger]

Bane walks about down an abandoned highway, stepping or leaping over gaps caused by decay, shimmying on the edge if things are too difficult. He liked this way so far. Obstacles provide good exercise and the sky was a peaceful semi-overcast with multiple spots in the thick clouds that rays of sunshine could fall through and illuminate the city of Ancient Manhattan, just like it always is around here, albeit grey. His brother had come here shortly before his untimely death. He wondered if anyone else happened to find it as he walked down the rest of the defunct highway and into the long forgotten metropolis.
