The last thing you said is not true. You can make a bio whenever you want to if you don't have one or only have one. You have to wait a month to make a new biography if your two slots are filled (and ofcourse you have to drop one of your old ones then) and you also have too wait a month if you want to update a biography.

i dont know where the helll you got your information from,but if it gets declined for coding issues you can resubmit it,plus ive had two bios i asked caliburn to decline because i no longer wanted them(the first was still unapproved for three months the second i couldnt get permission for) and then resubmitted a new one,what you're thinking of is if you have a bio approved you cant drop that bio until a month is up,this stops people from chopping and changing bios every few weeks because they dont like that character anymore,dont scare the new rpers with false information please Lol

yes exactly,if a bio gets declined you can make another 10 seconds after,if a bio gets approved you need to wait 1 month before you are able to drop that bio and make another
