what do you think naruto is going to do with the beasts after the war ? settle them in some remote area ? play with them ? these beasts have nothing to do most of the time , and I doubt they even have to need to eat . once released , they're gonna be so bored they might fight with each other....

this might strike fear or anxiety to nearby villages and I don't think they would approve of this.

I think that somehow their chakra will be returned to the shinju. Remember they came into being when the SO6P divided the chakra of the juubi. Returning them would also atone for the original wrong committed when the fruit of the shinju was stolen.
