Kiba bio in sig. I assume it'll be mid range.
I'll be using wind.
Kiba: Hey you i have no idea why but i have a sudden urge to fight you .
After saying this i quickly perform the hand signs Tiger → Hare → Dragon which i then summon a cyclone of petals which i send upwards above your head. So that it'll come down on top of you.
I follow through by unleashing a wave of wind that slashes your legs.
I then summon chakra in my right hand which i then swipe one at you and two at the first hokages legs causing it to collapse.
I then channel chakra to my feet getting ready for your move.
