Danzou was scum, but I regard Orochimaru, Hidan, Sasori, Deidara and Madara as on par or worse.DANZO.
Watching this current filler arc really making me hate this ***** even more. I can't describe how much I despise this *******!
I want to stomp on his face so much!!!
I know he is just a fictional character but still...
Orochimaru kidnapped countless innocent people including children, locked them up, experimented on, tortured to death and possessed them. Later, he invaded Konoha and killed dozens of innocent shinobi after stabbing his allies in the back and resurrecting Hashirama and Tobirama just to torment Hiruzen.
Hidan sadistically killed his own village simply because they were peaceful.
Sasori turned people into puppets and destroyed an entire nation with them.
Deidara if I remember right blew up half the cloud village.
And Madara has his god complex where he believes his ideals are above everyone else's and he can enslave the world.

Man there really is a lot of Danzo hate today, which means he's living up to his character. You are suppose to hate him. The guy really is a complete d**k.
Sasuke did the world a favor by ganking him when he did. I give Sasuke props for that. and the fact that he murdered Danzo like a dozen times too really makes it all worth it. Good job Sause
Well Hiruzen could afford to be soft on him. It's more of a condescending type of cool on Hiruzen's part. I mean what's Danzo going to do to him? He can't take him. Hiruzen already whooped that a** and handed it to him on a platter.
Now he just imparts wisdom on him. You see how Danzo falls in line when Hiruzen shows up all boss like. XD

Yeah he was a scumbag many people dislike, that's what makes him a greatly written character because he was Meant to be controversial and reflect dark side of ninja world.
Like how Imelda Staunton took role of Dolores Umbridge in Harry Potter.
People absolutely annoyed by and hated her character due to actress being awesome.
Was Danzo a good person? Controversial, but to me no.

Nah, Madara is a bit different. Obito and Nagato did what they did for the world. Madara is doing it because he read a tablet and believes he's god due to it. Do you think he truly cares for the people and is putting them above himself anymore? He is killing them for fun and mocking them. I don't see any charity in that. I'm not saying Nagato and Obito were right or angels either, just that they weren't as sadistic if at all or selfish.

Danzo and Orochimaru are both my favorite characters. They're characterized so good, you can't help but hate them., or at very least attempt to understand their motives.
Danzo, hanzo, oro (before revival) and madara (when he went rogue and attacked hashi after he realized his "dream") but mostly danzo. I wish he was in such excruciating pain when sasuke shredded him too bad he committed suicide.
