I don't know how many people noticed this, but Hinata got nerfed in The Last.
When Naruto saved her in the beginning, she fell down a building and had to use a scarf to keep herself from falling to her death

As far as I know, it's a basic ninja feat to be able to climb walls or at least stick to them

So basically, The Last Hinata doesn't have genin level chakra control.
At least they gave her Hamura chakra

and finally, nagato not going there with his real body which contained all the paths together. He would've captured the kyuubi easily and raped konoha while he's at it.

That wasn't a nerf. But even if it was a nerf, that is FAR from the biggest nerf in the series. Hinata doesn't even have any high capacity powers that can get nerfed enough to be called "the biggest nerf of the series", not even if Kishi wants it.

The biggest nerf in the series was Madara's.

Naruto didn't summon bunta because he wasn't very good at summoning and it's unreliable in battle, because bunta would've killed sasuke and because he was too angry to think.
Shukaku didn't use tbb because kishi didn't think of tbb yet.
Gaara didn't go into that mode because shukaku only has 1 tail an it's possible he goes straight to transformation.
Raikages lightning chakra mode isn't the same as a bijuu's. Naruto could remove the amaterasu away because he had chakra around his entire body. The Raikages chakra mode uses electricity on his nervous system.
Nagato was practically dying and needed to be connected to that machine to control the bodies.

He lost a major amount of chakra but,all his abilities are still there.

If he ever truly needs to gain that much power the tailed beast can easily regroup.

Personally,all that power would of made anyone else obsolete.
What stories could of been told if naruto is untouchable ?

Wrong. Aside from Hiruzen, Obito is the biggest nerf, not only did his physiological attacks were nerfed but also his plot armor was nerfed and plot sword, he could have solo'd Naruto, Gai, Kakashi and Bee if it weren't for plot.
