Did they steal them from someone's clothesline in Konoha? He'll be mad in the morning.

Did they summon them? How do you sign a contract with the cloaks?

Why is Orochimaru wearing shoulder pads? Is he planning on tackling Sasuke?

And if he is, why would he bring them all the way here to do it?
