The biggest flaw ever! Edo Tensei

Did you notice the parts where Kabuto remarked where he said that Madara has nearly full control over himself so he can fight as himself shortly after he was Edo awkened? Also now do you remember how restricted and stiff shouldered (most likely they were nerfed so Oro could keep them in control, even before the total control seal was applied much like two Edo types used by Kabuto: Partial controled and fully controlled) the first two Edo Tensei actually were? ....... Not to mention what Micheal Jordan said is also true.

But tobirama has been revived twice yet he's still under oro's control. Hashi didn't even have to make hand seals break out but tobuirama the inventor can't do it.

Just because someone created the jutsu doesn't necessarily mean they know all of the weaknesses. The weakness could have been as simple as reversing the order of the hand seals. The only difference was that Itachi had Kabuto undo it. That was for the entire jutsu however Madara knowing this just did the same thing to just undo the contract with himself.

Who told madara the seals?
This is tobirama's second time being edo'd and he isn't smart enough to undo his own tech? Yet maddy and hashi break it like child's play with no difficulty what's so ever?

orocihmaru limited their powers and personalities. Orochimaru said this when revived hem again.

Kishi backed saved him self just fine and is still a great manga writer. end of story.

When Hiruzen and Orochimaru fight he uses the Edo Tensei for the first time, Hashirama and Tobirama are resurrected. They step out and start talking with Hiruzen about the old days etc, Tobirama says to Hashirama " it's the Edo Tensei" and they talk a bit before Orochimaru says, enough talk, and inserts the control kunai in both their heads, now they are under Orochimarus control.
BUTT WAIT!!! Tobirama INVENTED the Edo Tensei, the first thing he should have done is THIS!

WTF? He should have released the Edo Tensei at once! What a giant flaw! To think that kishi wrote that Madara easily could release the Edo Tensei but Tobirama THE INVENTOR could not... Weak! Just Weak...

Dont even try to make excuses for Kishi on this one, its just weak writing. He based an entire arc on the fact that Madara survived the Edo Tensei release!

On top of that like orochimaru wouldn't see him doing the seal.. rofl

TOBIRAMA has HESITATION ISSUES. He Hesitates ALL THE WRONG TIMES.
example : He asked MInato could he save Naruto from the God Tree. -__- They are both FTG users. If he cant then he cant and Minato had 1 freaking arm. Lol

Another big moment of Tobirama hesitating is when he just didn't kill Madara instead of allowing Hashirama to converse with him after Madara had been defeated.

A major hesitation of Tobirama's is when he hesitated and let Hiruzen and Danzo argue over who would sacrifice themselves for the other Leaf members to escape from the Kinkaku force.

He just hesitates at the wrong moments. Also he and Hashirama were just trying to figure things out and probably didn't know they weren't fully controlled at that moment. Orochimaru wasn't disabled and could restrict him a bit , meanwhile Kabuto was comatose when Madara freed himself so Kabuto couldn't do anything to stop Madara from undoing the contract.

just some suggestions. Its like when Karin didn't notice Sakura right beside her while searching for Sasuke.

Minato also had Kyuubi chakra..

He couldn't kill Madara, due to the fact Hashirama putting him down, and daring anyone to interrupt his talk again.

He simply wanted to see the future of Konoha.

If someone from the future went back and told kishi in 1999 that someday you will make the entire manga based on Edo Tensei he would have a HEART ATTACK!

you release yourself from the edo after the caster has released the jutsu;if oro released tobirama from the jutsu then tobirama could break out of it
and kishi said in his last interview that he's been wanting to draw the kakashi and obito fight since the beginning of naruto,he has everything or most things planned out
