I believe that Current Ten tails host Obito isn't using his full power due to plot restrictions of course which can be actually explained that Obito focuse the half or even more power on The God Tree to accelarate and control Bloomsing Flower at the top of The God Tree.

Considering it as true... I wonder what Current Ten tails Host Obito at full power is capable of destroying ?

Naruto is country level as of, now, because he can continously nuke with Gigaton Bijuu Dama. Juubito is multi-continental to small planet, what do people not get about this? BM Naruto is a small country buster, he can keep giving massive chakra to people and still use TBB.

No one in this manga is a planet buster, maybe only Rikudo Sennin at his prime since he made the moon after extracting the Juubi from himself...on his deathbed.

Obito would be a continent buster at best given that's what the Juubi was hyped to be, a continent buster, but definitely no more.
