Amaterasu destroys things at a molecular level too, but instead of leaving the target existant, it completely eradicates them. Amaterasu is far more destructive.

Obito never "put out Amaterasu". He used kamui to avoid it, and the same could have been done against Rasenshuriken.

To put it perspective, Rasenshuriken would do nothing aginst the Juubi, while Amaterasu flames were burning it down effectively.

If you paid any attention, everytime someone is hit hy Amaterasu they have some stupid plot excuse to get out of it, because it completely eradicates the target. This is a Manga fact.

Obito obviously avoided Amaterasu by Kamui, unless you have another possible explanation.

Kakuzu was hit by Rasenshuriken and wasn't destroyed at a molecular level. He wasn't even dead after it. You just proved me right, had he been hit by Amaterasu, he would have been completely eradicated. Lol

Juubito or Juubi? Because the Odama FRS used on the Juubi was nothing more than kindling, It was completely engulfed, Sasuke had to adjust his output the second time to make sure it didn't happen again.
