Well, Kishimoto has just released the big book of mangaphax, and he wants to establish some things which he didn't make clear in the manga.

2. Minato's hair provoked jealousy from everyone living in Konoha at the time. People think Obito was behind the nine tails attack, but it wasn't. It was Hiruzen. Why? Because Hiruzen was balding and he realised his reputation as CertifiedPimpDaddayOfKonowha was under threat by Namikaze. It's no secret, his hair wasn't what it once was. Hiruzen, feeling threatened, was responsible for Yondaime's death. I mean, if you looked like this;
Ooft, poor lad looks like an Edo Tensei. Anyway, Would you not be jealous of this?
In Hiruzen's mind, there was room for only one piece of hair, and apparently it wasn't Minato.
3. After Hashirama died, Tobirama became the biggest boss of all time. Kishi says, and I quote: "I got a lot of bad responses for Tobirama, due to him persecuting the Uchiha's. It's to be expected, considering how many Uchiha fans have their D's so far up their crack they don't even realise it. Think of it this way though, yes he persecuted the Uchiha's, but who stopped him? Certainly not Izuna. Madara? Well, Hashirama sent his ass to live in a cave to have his ass monitored by Zetsu so he certainly did nothing. In actuality, Tobirama did what he had to do. And no one stopped him.

Itachi would of been too strong had he lived. The one shot king couldn't elevate anymore than he already did in the manga. The illness was merely to slow him down, otherwise he would of GG'd Obito via Izanami. If you want to cry about it, I've got some tissues waiting in the corner. Oh, he also said Itachi will get a shrine built in Konoha where it is obligatory for every Konoha citizen to praise him 3 times a day. Punishment is death otherwise.
