Unless you like friendship-powerups and friendship speeches, then I'd recommend against that.
One Piece is only for people who have lots of spare time or patience, but it's undoubtedly the best one. HR is meh. Bleach fluctuates a lot between "so-bad-it's-good" and "holy-shit-that's-epic", but it's always entertaining, even if the story is mediocre.
