According to one of the earliest databooks, the four noble clans of Konoha are Uchiha, Hyuga, Akimichi and Aburame. No sign of Senju. He probably didn't plan so far ahead.

The Hyuga have Hiashi, Hinata, and Neji as their notables... and they happen to be side characters that won't be nearly developed as the main characters, main antagonists, and rivals of the main antagonist... so yeah OBVIOUSLY it won't have as much development.

EVEN SO, Hiashi can tank the Juubi's Tail-Hands with hardly any effort

Also noted to be Konoha's Oldest Clan: Which means that since it wasn't noted to be a founding clan... it is older than the Uchiha and Senju... just laughing away as they watched the former two kill each other off

Uchiha: Uchiha Shrine, Uchiha Tablet, Military Police, Their own compound

Uzumaki: Their own country, a Mask Shop near Konoha

Senju: Founding Konoha, Seemingly have dispersed into the population of Konoha.

They haven't learned anything in particular form their clan's respective styels (AKA: Fuinjutsu)... so really they don't represent the average Uzumaki.
