He was but that's because of plot. I mean how can naruto with foot speed hit her when sasuke with teleportation can't? Kakashi and Sakura too.. logic doesn't add up.

They didn't beat him, Goku did, checkmate. Team work? Nah, they fought him one on one and curse myself for saying this but vegeta got solo'd.

Without Vegeta there, Goku wouldn't have won in a million years. The Spirit Bomb, utilizing Satan, the last wish was all his thinking. Goku was the brawn and he was the brain in this fight. Neither could have done it without the other

Obviously the only thing Goku and Vegeta thought of was killing Buu .. bs ass plan. They just couldn't because he was stronger.

Naruto and Sasuke, Buu was strong, but he can't do universal shit like change the world in an instant to acid or whatever.

Sasuke and Naruto because even though they were told what to do, they had to form a plan .. and yes it was kakashi's plan but he only played one part.

All of team 7 played a part in defeating kaguya.

If Kishi actually would of let sasuke stay in the picture and didn't have him as Kaguya's portrayed "biggest threat" then the planning would be top tier.

As soon as naruto's plan failed or when he was worried about sakura and kakashi it shifted to naruto's pep talking and flashbacks. The other time sasuke got thrown into a dimension as soon as he was about do his plan.
Though he did quick save naruto and the rest with his planning so yeah.

I'm a bigger DBZ fan than Naruto easy, but I'll say Naruto & Sasuke were a better team. Team Narusuke did more as a team against Kaguya than Team Gogeta against Buu. Narusuke did it more as a team having the acutal power to seal Kaguya. Goku had to gain the power of the entire Universe, and get wished back to full power to destroy Buu.
