Kabuto was somewhere around 10 years old and Orochimaru said he was already talented with Medical Ninjutsu.

The closest thing he has to Tsunade and Hashi's regeneration is the ability he got from Karin's dna.

I said Kabuto's regeneration was on a much lower level to Hashirama's. But they are the exact same in concept. Kabuto may have taken the idea from Hashirama.

I'd go with Kabuto. He was capable of tanking a rasengan because he could rapidly generate new cells. This was him in part 1. That is pretty damn impressive and it's not all that different from what Tsunade does. Just on a smaller level.

- was able to surgically make a corpse look like him
- claims to have saved oro's life
- knows ranged mystical palm through a beam or something
- activates his cells in order to heal injuries
- did DNA fusion on himself and alot of experiments

- knows close range mystical palm
- mastered hyakugou
- saved the life of naruto karin kankuro and countless fodder
- restored naruto to full healthy in under a chapter
- sai basically considered her the go-to medic when naruto lost to karui
- healed her own injuries without seals which earned praise from sasori himself
- cured a poison that chiyo couldnt
- created various poisons via shizune

Cant really use that as an upper hand for Kabuto, because we dont know if Sakura can or can not do that (she has the skills) she just isn't that dark or twisted of a person.

Oro survived being cut in half
Tsunade barely did and was unable to move
therefore Kabuto > Tsunade

I think Kabuto is the better medic considering he has been practising medical ninjutsu since he was a kid.Kabuto was also chosen by Orochimaru to be his personal doctor so that shows how much better he is at medical ninjutsu than Sakura.
