I think right now is the best time to seal kaguya.
Since Sasuke is now next to obito, he can give him chakra to to transport back to the ice dimension.
Now there are two possible ways this can go.
1. sasuke can transform into a naruto clone, and Hide in between naruto clone and at the the right time use his switching jutsu to seal her with the element of surprise.
[ only problem would be that naruto would have to figure that its sasuke transforming into him, Also I am not sure if sasuke can copy nartuo chakra look] so thats the problem with that theory.
2. Sasuke enters the dimension and quickly switch to naruto using his clones, and then switch kaguya again, caughting her with the element of surprise.
Note : Naruto however would need to instantly cooperate with sasuke jutsu in seconds, but we have seen before of naruto doing this with the 2nd hokage vs obito, when he teleported naruto who entered sage mode with the rasengan and naruto automatically cooperate with the jutsu.
Basically What I am trying to say, is that they an use this moment to end kaguya. If you have any strategy feel free to share on how you think she will be sealed.
I Notice that kishi made it so that jutsu don't work on kaguya, so I was thinking that maybe there is a final fight where sasuke and naruto show there full power against each other
