Going to outright say it though ... I don't think Kishimoto plans to nerf Naruto/Sasuke horribly, but he is only going to allow them to use Sage Mode and 3T Sharingan. I don't see the need for Susano'o or BM here -- Not yet anyway.

It doesn't scream Rikudou powers. Plus he had one Sharingan eye, I doubt Naruto and Sasuke need those powers yet.

I'm actually thinking that hooded guy is pretty strong, he clearly been experimenting with Juubi material and shit. Wouldn't underestimate him.

Well if he is the one experimenting. For all we know he could be an experiment himself.

Though so far nothing really interesting has been shown. Shin is rather weak compared to Naruto/Sasuke, which should be obvious, but the Hooded guy has been shown to work with Shin, and Shin only. Implying that he might be their best creation thus far.

Knowing Kishimoto I wouldn't be surprised if we see MS sharingan(s) next though >. >
