Kakashi already knew the tech. He just suggested it to zabuza via sharingan genjutsu. Then after a couple more mind games zabuza tripped up on himself letting kakashi finish first.

1) If you exclude his S/T as you said, then he's far from fastest. Rock Lee, Might Gai, 3rd Raikage, 4th Raikage, Sauske, Tsuande, Naruto, Kakashi, and I'm sure many others are undoubtedly faster then him when it comes to base speed. Yes he has fast base speed but not near enough to be #1. What makes him such a speed threat is his S/T, which has a max speed of that of a kunai, which is slow compared to many. He's just smart with how he uses it (and his enemies seem to be generally dumb).

2) Only reason Hashirama is considered here is for his Senju DNA. Against normal Chuunin+ ninja, assuming he only used weaker techniques so the fight could be extended, I do believe he could fight for quite a long time without rest. Also, there's no way Naruto can do that at all. He has only great stamina and a tailed beast.

Minato has the fastest base speed period. BM/KCM/SM naruto isn't base speed because it's boosted by a jutsu. Neither is Rock lee/Guy's gates, 3rd/4th Raikage's Raiton cloak. Tsunade and kakashi are just laughable, especially considering they don't have a 5 in DB. Not even sasuke has a 5 and he has better speed feats. Itachi has much better speed feats and stats than these 3; Even Kimimaro, bee, etc and they're all slower than minato.

That speed is really average ninja speed... they move like that all the time through the forest. He was like a few yards away and is Hokage.
And secondly Obito obviously let it happen on purpose due to the explosive tags.

No.. not really. Even when kcm and bm naruto uses body flicker he's compared to minato and even then he's considered slower. And if it's just body flicker(no bm,raiton armour, etc) minato still rains supreme, with maybe ems sasuke or itachi coming behind him.

Sword of Totsuka could technically be another feat for genjutsu since it traps the target inside a genjutsu world.

Naruto could also take the top spot for Chakra.
