well i think pein's offence is greatest since he is capable of all jutsu minus kg. honestly its not beyond kishi to come up with a jutsu like Futon Great Existance Vacuum (which's power is self explanitory) for nagato and those who posses both rinnegan to use... against anything. greatest defence goes to nagato as well since he can literally be in 6 places at once and not to mention he has all elements on his side so ur wimpy jutsu like kirin will just fade away with some crispy wind attack and not to forget he has gravity as well.
