Idiots, it's not a romance manga, it's action. Pairings are a realistic part of the characters lives, so they happened, and they were not bad writing because he didn't write anything! (Except the last). So the pairings that exist other than naruhina weren't even plot events, they are just circumstances that happened, and we're not poorly written, because they weren't written at all. This is an Action manga after all.
