B: The hidden mist village used to persecute kekke genkai shinobis. She possesses 2 of them, so the fact that she became mizukage is a testament to her strength.
C: So we can conclude that she's an outstanding leader

Konan for sure. I just like her character. She was strong, smart, cared for her friends more than anything, and through and through had a kind and loving heart. Plus I really like her character design.
