i dont like or i dont think that neji is that powerful....and he is like...well..he is bad (like sayin' bad words.....)

even so i still dont like him and Rock lee can beat him easily and he is a chuunin ..... and if u all say he meant one jounin then why the heck did he also make a list ?

now im a huge neji fan but i dont think that he is in the top jonin ranks but come on. Rock Lee can beat Neji? thats crazy talk. Neji would embarrass Rock Lee. The way to beat Neji is long distance attacts. Rock Lee has no kind of attact that would break neji's 64 palm trigram. His version of the ultimate defense.

yamato was chunin when he joined anbu i think. i don't think he was promoted to jounin. but ranking is only a title, he's still strong anyway

still, the strongest JOUNIN in konoha is kakashi! obviously. but gai is close

shino isn't jounin!

kakashi hands down U_U followed by gai (even though i dont like his looks but he's very strong)

kakashi, he always selected to do s-rank mission he had some experience in he anbu,he has a sharingan(copy cat ninja which is a legend) and he is the only jounin that could be selected to be hokage at any desperate time.
