These all have Harems, but the Harems are not the focal point in the story, just a small part of it.

Watched SAO, Highschool DxD, CSR and The Irregular at Magic High School.
The last one was something new but the protagonist was invincible..

These are more slice of life kind of stuff(I don't watch many of these) and more harem centric, but they aren't typical copy and paste trash like the majority of Harem focused anime.

It looks like it'll be your typical harem anime...but it isn't! It's true plot is freaking awesome. Try it ^^

Oh you know what, Before dropping it I noticed Strike the blood is a harem.

There's clannad I guess you can consider it harem

You're wrong..... KamiNomi is shit and Keima is a *****, by doing that ***** move he's practically mocking the entire goddesses host

It does have a bit of ecchi which I didn't like, but in terms of comedy it's one of the best I've seen!
