You are severely confusing yourself; this isn't about whether the fuuton users can beat each other. It's about who is better at fuuton. That would be Danzo.

Let me remind you of the third Raikage. His move was so OP, it led to his own defeat. Rasenshuriken once did as well, until Naruto learnt how to throw it.

Well it depends on the definition of what you think "best" means. Is it the one with the strongest technique, or the one with the most?

For me it's the one with the strongest, for you the one with the most.

Also Naruto can only make so many rasen shuriken until he runs out of chakra.
And if you read the OP you would understand that this thread is not about the one who possess the most powerful fuuton technique but who is the most skilled in using them. As far as I know the only Fuuton jutsu Naruto knows is rasen shuriken, this against Danzo's 7 fully mastered fuuton jutsus.

That's your reasoning? Madara switched to rinnegan because in his current state it was the easiest way to deal with it. Had it not been for the Rinnegan, he would have just used a simple substitution jutsu.

Let's not forget, Madara has nothing to lose as an edo tensei with infinite chakra.

Obviously I'm not talking about who possess the strongest Fuuton jutsu. Just the one who has mastered it the best.

My votes goes to Danzo, he's the one that has shown the most proficiency in using Fuuton jutsu. He managed to slice through Sasuke's complete Susanoo.

Naruto has pretty much mastered Ransenshuriken to its max if thats the case. Danzo has many on a high level but the rule always apply the more you know the weaker the techs get. If you polish that 1-2 to perfection you will surpass someone who has 10-20 on high level. Danzo was good with a lot of fuutons but only one was perfected and managed to do any real harm

all i know is he can see the power of RS cuz he had Sharingan
madara was aware that even susanoo might get destroyes so the only choice he had was to switch back to Rinnegan

right now the only counter to Rasenshuriken is Shinra tensei which requires Rinnegan.

Except RG user & Edo tensei bodies no one can stop rasenshuriken
they can only avoid it but cant stop it

But none of Danzo's wind techniques are superior to Naruto's. Doesn't really matter how many techniques you have - if all of them can't beat one superior technique, they're all pretty much useless.

So I'm torn between the two.

Naruto basically just added his respective element into his favorite jutsu, the rasengan. And that jutsu happened to be extremely destructive because of the power of the wind element combined with the destructive power of a rasengan. He didn't really master the element to be honest. Danzo, on the other hand, knows plenty of fuuton jutsu and he is able to use them all skillfully and at the right moment, that's what I call mastery.

and for your information just cuz having more wind techniques doesnt mean you are more skilled Kakashi & hiruzen had 1000 of techniques so does that mean kakshi is better than sasuke in terms of lighting style user ??? No

its so simple it doesnt matter if you have only one technique but if that one technique is one a way different level than others then you are real master .
