Deva Path, his rod piercings and akatsuki cloak make for a mean combo

Kakashi, his mask and headband covering most of his face makes him curiously cool plus Ive always liked white hair.

Minato with his 4th hokage cloak gives him a very high cool factor.

Jiraiya / Tobirama again white hair is awesome. Tobiramas blue armor is pretty sick too. Jiraiya sage mode is cool too

Kisame is pretty cool too.
