well Shisui combined Sharingan to dodge and disguise himself with his body flicker..
its not an element , but he could learn an ability or read movements with it..

this is kinda backed up (maybe) by Danzo having Shisui's DNA in his right shoulder and suddenly using the
Body Flicker to quickly out maneuver Sasuke to take Karin Hostage... as Shisui's sharingan was getting to reawaken.

I feel like Shisui's body is much thinner so he could SLIP between attacks better..
