I'd put it in basically the same order, but without speculation.

We assume Mitto is the nuts, being Uzumaki, and sealing Kura a inside herself. I think's it is safe to say that she is the fuinjutsu like Hashirama is mokuton. Unmatched.

Kushina taught Minato all of his techs, and she is also an uzumaki. I don't know if she'd be second, though. I think Danxo might take second. He's the only character to use fuinjutsu offensively (outside of demon dear seal), sonhisnare really unique. I put him second.

Then Kushina, then Orochimaru (he created curse mark, and it's safe to say that he's very experienced I'm fuinjutsu. He was amazed that Kakashi was using it at such a young age, and Oro has been studying fuinjutsu like a fiend, trying to find out how to escape from death seal. He probably learned quite a bit before finding it.

Oh, I almost forgot about him xd True.

Saying this Kushina left her village such at young age so Mito might teach her fuinjutsu either going by this. So I give some credit to Minato. Otherwise agreed.
True now when I'm thinking I might put him even above Kushina for what he did.

Yes, she truly represent the power of this clan.
Keep in mind that he's hype in the end. We can't say if he's fuinjutsu was better since Madara and Obito might use other jutsu base on his or better for Juubi.

I don't think Kushina is better at sealing than Minato. Just because she taught Minato the Uzumaki sealing techs makes her better at sealing. If this is the case then Hiruzen's teacher at the academy is better than him because he taught Hiruzen the art of ninjutsu or Minato and Itachi's teacher at the academy are better than them.

Minato learned the Uzumaki's style of sealing but remember this guy is a genius which put him above the others. He was able to create the eight trigrams seals which is a combination of 2 four trigrams seals. He learned the basics of the Uzumaki but it doesn't mean the Uzumaki> Minato because it's their style. how the hell did naruto learned about that seal? Can we put Naruto above the others because of this? or this technique is a modified version of the eight trigrams that Minato created? Look at how Naruto did it. He uses the seal on him to make a new seal. I personally think that this seal is one of Minato's seal. There's no way naruto could learn it.

It's definitely an Uzumaki so maybe the Uzumaki clan leader but we don't know any of his feats so I am going to go with Mito.
