Plot summary (for the lazy ones 
): Tobi - who is originally a random Uchiha in my fanfic- fought Tobirama and placed him under genjutsu. Then in exchange for Tobirama's life, Madara made Hashirama sacrifice himself. Hashirama used a unique technique and turned himself into a tree so that Madara cannot do experiments on his body. Now that Hashirama is dead, Akatsuki makes its move.

The scene is Konoha. The Village Hidden in the Leaves, founded by Hashirama Senju. But he is dead now...
The villagers were doing their everyday work, knowing nothing about the approaching danger. Tobirama was in the Hokage Mansion, he had just arrived back from the fatal encounter with the Akatsuki. He called for the Hokage’s personal assistent, Shikumo Nara.
Shikumo: - Tobirama sama, where have you been? And where is the Hokage?
Tobirama:- My brother is dead.-answered the worn-out man.
Shikumo:- Impossible! He was....but what’s happened?
Tobirama:-A whole bunch of Iwagakure ninjas have ambushed us. There were dozens of them. My brother sacrificed himself, so I could escape with my space-time ninjutsu.
Shikumo:-I see. But it doesn’t make sense. Why would Iwagakure do this? We established peace only a few months ago.
Tobirama:-I don’t know. But I will avenge my brother! So hereby I declare war on the Hidden Rock. Send them a messenger bird .
Shikumo:- But Tobirama sama...
Tobirama:-I’m the Hokage now...so call me Hokage sama. Understood?
Shikumo:-Hai, Hokage sama.- Shikumo bowed, but thought to himself: „Something is wrong”.- I wanted to say that if you declare a war, the balance will be upset, and other nations will join, so it will trigger a world war , resulting in bloodshed and suffering.
Tobirama:- Are you trying to say that I should do nothing about it and let them get away with it?
Shikumo:-Of course not. But I suggest that first you should start negotiations with the leadership of Iwagakure and settle things peacefully.
Tobirama:- No. That’s not what we will do. The era of nice words is over. Send that bird immediately.
Shikumo:-?! Understood. And what about Mito sama? Shall I tell her the bad news?
Tobirama:- Leave it to me. Now dismissed.
Shikumo left the room. But instead of sending the declaration on war, he was looking for a certain man.
*time skip*
Shikumo:- Ichiro san, thank god I found you.
Ichiro:- What’s the matter, Shikumo san?
Shikumo:- I cannot tell you right now, but please listen to me. I’d like you to help me with something. Come with me. I tell you my plan. Let’s hurry!
Ichiro:-?! Yes...-and so they rushed towards the Hokage Mansion.
*time skip*
Someone was knocking on the door of the Hokage’s office.
Tobirama:-Come in!
Shikumo:- Hokage sama, I’ve done what you ordered.
Tobirama:-That’s fine, we will...what ’s the meaning of this?
Shikumo:- Shadow Imitation Technique, successful.
Tobirama couldn’t move.
Shikumo: - Ichiro san, now!
Ichiro:-Byakugan!- shouted the head of the Hyuga clan, and activated his special dojutsu.-You were right, Shikumo. He is under genjutsu. I’ll cancel it.- then Ichiro walked to Tobirama and touched him:- Kai!!!
Tobirama collapsed, but one second later he seemed to be better.-Where am I?
-You are in Konoha, and safe now.
-Shikumo? What’s happened to me?
Shikumo:- You were under genjutsu. Can you remember anything?
Tobirama:- The last thing I remember is that I fought a masked guy, and he had the sharingan.
Shikumo:-An Uchiha? Why would they betray us? Something really bad is going to happen...
Ichiro: – What shall we do?
Shikumo:- If it was an Uchiha, then either he is a renegade or the whole clan is planning a coup d’etat.
Tobiarama:-We shouldn’t jump into conclusions. I had fought him before the establishment of the villages, so he must be a missing nin. Besides, the Uchihas have already proved their faith when they stood up against Madara.
Shikumo:- You are right. But we should prepare for the worst. Besides, you can’t remember, but you told me that Iwagakure ninjas killed your brother. I suppose it’s not true , but anyways, it’s fair to assume that Hashirama sama ...is...dead.
Tobirama :- Here is what I think . We should do preparations for an approaching war, but at the same time, we have to avoid internal conflict and mistrust. So let’s establish a police force, led by the Uchihas, to maintain peace in the village. Thus we kill two birds with one stone.
Shikumo:- Very good idea. I’ll go and organize things .
Tobirama:- And I’ll contact the other villages and warn them to be alert.
*scene changes to Akatsuki hideout*
Zetsu:- Bad news, Madara. They found out that Tobirama was being manipulated, and cancelled the genjutsu. Now they are warning the other nations.
Madara:-No problem. We will catch the messengers and change the message. Hahaha...war is inevitable. Then, we will use the upheaval to catch the Bijuus...
