Alright, I have a few questions for you to answer before we actually start training.
1) What is a ninja, in your own words?
2) In your own words, explain what is chakra, and who in Narutoverse has chakra.
3) Explain in your own words the basic concept of the three basic ninja skills. (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu)
4) Which core elements make up the elemental pallet of Narutoverse?
5) What is a Kekkei Genkai?
6) What do hand seals do?
7) Explain in your own words how size, form, mass and characteristics matter just as much as rank and strength when two techniques are used in opposition.

1) A ninja is a person who is capable of forming and manipulating different types of ninjutsu( ex. elemental ninjutsu, genjutsu, kinjutsu etc). Ninja also have control over their chakra.
2) Chakra is the "life force" of a person. chakra is formed using spiritual energies and physical energies, finding the balance between the two. Everyone in the narutoverse has chakra.
3) Genjutsu is using your chakra to affect the opponent's mind to achieve illusions. taijutsu is like normal fighting hand to hand combat. Most of the time taijutsu doesnt need chakra. Ninjutsu is using your chakra to create something in the physical world to defend or attack the opponent.

5) Kekkei genkai a technique that is based down through bloodline. Like Sharingan
6) Hand seals help the ninja control their chakra before releasing the jutsu.
7) Size, form etc matters because I could use rasengan which is A rank but because of the small size of the technique you cannot use it to stop a large jutsu like the fire Jutsu kakuzu used.

Now we start with this. For now, i'd like you to perform it. Use chakra to create needles from your mouth and simply spit it at the opponent with great accuracy.
Utilizing a giant windmill shuriken, I would like you to throw it, along with a second one hidden beneath the shadow of the first. It's quite simple, and it is a great way to conceal the second wind shuriken.
Analyze it and give me usages.
Konohamaru tosses two windmill shuriken. the shadow of the shuriken covers the one beneath it.
since the second shuriken is concealed it provides for a surprise attack.
I would use this technique to catch an enemy off guard since they expect one shuriken they put up a defense for one shuriken. and since the shadow of the shuriken can conceal things i could probably put something else in there to hide along with the second shuriken

I don't think adding additional objects or weapons would work very effectively. This technique in particular works because they are the exact shape and size ;p
Perform it on me, and tell me how you would use it in battle!
This is a basic technique. You send chakra around the enemy and essentially create invisible ropes to bind them. This would bind smaller animals and even shinobi, however, through brute force or outside means, it can be broken rather easily. Because it is rather weak, it would not work effectively against larger summoning creatures and boss summonings. This basically gives you time to attack or assassinate because the enemy would be frozen in place.
Perform it on me, and tell me how you would use it in battle!
Konohamaru focuses chakra around his sensei to make invisible ropes of chakra that bind his movement.
i would use it in battle to restrict an opponent temporarily...since they can't see the ropes it would be a good jutsu to catch someone off guard.
