Sitting on the bottom of the lake, Shinta remembers that he needs to breath at some point, before remembering that he is a member of the Valentine clan. Using his ability to sage morph, Shinta forms gills on the side of his neck from which he uses to breath underwater, to no avail as seconds after he does this, the ground lifts up and exposes Shinta to his pupil.

Good... now um...

*Shinta then leaps into the air, drawing his sword in the process, aiming to land atop of his pupil with his sword pointing down into her skull.*

Upon seeing her teacher jump into the air above her and begin to fall in what seems like a deadly dive towards her. Pitou thinks quickly and comes up with a plan, she immediately starts to sway her body in an unpredictable and erratic fashion, imitating the effect of drunkness and putting herself in the stance of the drunken fist....whatever stance that is.

So at the last possible moment before she is struck by your attack, Pitou dodges it by stepping and rotating her body to her left and letting you fall harmlessly past her, your sword becoming lodged into the ground. She doesn't stop her rotation however, she continues it and uses it to deliver a back hand strike with her left hand at the side of your head while you would still be shocked from her sudden dodge, due to her drunken-like state this of course would be hard to predict.

Im never ready, I let my instincts guide me. Her cat like eyes flashing as she says this.

As Shinta's blade plunges into the ground, he immediately releases his grip as he recognised the stance his pupil had just taken. Just before Pitou can step forward for her strike, Shinta claps his hand together and releases a blast of wind to send Pitou crashing backwards to mid-range.

Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

As Pitou is recoiling backwards, Shinta creates a pillar of earth that shoots up at a 45 degree angle from behind her, intending to shove her forward without harming her; more or less to serve as an annoyance more than anything,

(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

This combination would be completed rapidly, giving Pitou only enough time to spot the initial traces of his jutsu in between the combinations, as her sharingan had not yet reached the next stage...

As Pitou is surprised as she is blown backwards and proceeds to tumble back along the ground before an abrupt and slightly painful stop as she smacked into an earthen pillar. Her sharingan then snap back to her teacher as she rights herself, just in time to see him multiply a volley of kunai a thousand fold. In response Pitou reaches into her clans roots and forms a single hand seal, expelling a large fireball towards Shinta. Due to its large size and its almost solid like nature, it would easily knock the kunai aside harmlessly.

Upon releasing the fireballs Pitou takes off running to her right, aiming to get an angle of sight on you again. She would run in an arc, keeping the same distance away from you until she can see you again. You would not know that she has moved until she comes into sight again. Once she sees you Pitou claps her hands together and then slams them to the ground, creating tendrils of lightning that would then begin to race towards you through the ground.

Huh i hope I didn't overdo it..

( Katon: Gōenkyū ) - Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball

To counter the oncoming fireball, Shinta expels a stream of water to perfectly counter the fire, causing steam to block his vision of his opponent.

Descripton: A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.

However, Shinta rapidly found his target due to the direction the sound of crackling lightning was coming from. Reacting to this, Shinta punches his fist to the ground in such a way that he releases a hurricane that propels him in an arc safely over the top of Pitou and her oncoming lightning attack.

The moment he lands within striking distance of Pitou, Shinta thrusts himself into a charge, aiming his elbow at Pitou's head. As he starts this free form motion Shinta casts a genjutsu that makes Pitou see a large fireball falling from the sky behind Shinta's position, appearing like it will strike both the combatants if she doesn't react.

Just after using her lightning technique Pitou hears the sound of wind just before the steam would be blown aside from just the blowback of your technique. So with her sharingan Pitou notices as you rise and flip over her, landing behind her. She turns to keep herself facing you as you lunge towards her in an attempt to strike with your elbow. As you do so Pitou counters by raising her arm up vertically, to block the strike. A fireball suddenly appears overhead however and this is when out of the corner of her eye, Pitou notices that the chakra circulation of her arm is a little off, like it was being manipulated. This all happens as she blocks your elbow strike and Pitou immediately follows up by delivering a push kick to your stomach. Intended to knock you away a bit as Pitou draws a kunai and cuts her hand deep enough to dispel the illusion.

As Shinta is knocked away by Pitou's counter, he look up to see how she dispels the genjutsu before checking her eyes. Pitou's eye suddenly changed, forming an extra tomoe that spun around her pupil into place. Shinta then motioned to stop the fight, chuckling slightly.

Now, go look at the same genjutsu again... this time charge chakra to your eyes to break it. (This only works after you check your chakra network or deduce you are in a genjutsu, up to C-rank for 2T).

*Uses the same jutsu again to make a fireball appear in the sky*.

 

[Houdinii]

Pitou gives a small nod to Shinta and then prepares herself for the coming illusion. She is looking up as the fireball suddenly appears in the sky, marking it as a fallacy. Neferpitou then focuses and channels more chakra into her eyes, pumping large amounts to them.

I can see it...

The Tomoe in her eye then swirl again as the illusion breaks and the fireball vanishes. She then looks to her teacher, her new second tomoe bright in her eyes.

Excellent. Just remember to first state how you noticed the illusion, whether it be inconsistencies with reality that your sharingan can now pick up on (Small details like the surrounding area is not affected by the wind in jutsu like ( Genjutsu: Kasumi no Jutsu ) - Illusion Technique: Mist Technique where a small shock wave should be created from the clone exploding etc), or just by making it a ritual habit to check your chakra network when something weird happens like feathers start falling from the sky or the surrounding area suddenly becomes black.
2T can only passively break the visual illusions of C-rank genjutsu and lower by charging chakra to your eyes (After noticing the illusion etc).
Don't use the sharingan to break timeframe, you can predict to a certain extend by examining the hand seals, but you can't start your counter before your opponent makes his move.

I want to further myself in the sharingan arts. I love using the sharingan already and it would only get better when I reach the peak of the sharingan abilities that are currently allowed to me, that being 3T. I also hope to eventually reach the level of mangekyo sharingan(Just like everyone else with a sharingan xD) and Id create my own custom MS but that is just a dream for the future if I can reach it. Im also planning on making more use of the more obscure applications of the 3T sharingan which people often overlook, I will use the sharingan to its fullest extent.

The main differences between the 2T sharingan and the 3T sharingan is that the 3T sharingan can utilise the very powerful sharingan genjutsu, most of this illusionary techniques are initiated through eye contact. Apart from that the 3T sharingan mainly improves and expands upon abilities the 2T sharingan has, it allows the user to track movement at a higher speed, it can not only perceive the motions of the enemy, and then copy them it can also predict the movements and actions they will take to an extent. This is done by analyzing the small muscle movements and twitches that occur right before the enemy begins to move. Finally the user can also pierce through visual illusions of a higher rank, that being B rank due to the 3T higher visual perception.

The reason I want to move on fron the 2T to the 3T though is that I really like how the sharingan can be used in battle overall. I like using it and its abilities and I wish to test them to its fullest extent to to see what I can do with the next stage. Gaining access to the 3T sharingan will give me more options and allow me to test myself and how I use thw sharingan, against stronger opponents.

As I am speaking I suddenly notice a bright, flickering light in my peripheral vision above me. Snapping my head up I see a huge fireball descending towards me. Surprise is my first emtion before I notice that even with the fireballs huge size, I can feel not heat on my skin. Glancing down I see no shadow on the ground from the fireball. This arouses my suspicions and so I activate my sharingan and look at my hand, I can easily see as my chakra moves and fluctuates irregularly, confirming my thoughts. I was under the effects of an illusion, so glancing up at the fireball again I pump mpre chakra into my eyes and the illusion shatters as I pierce through it, my two tomoe swirling around my eyes. I then look back to you expectantly.

You are able to see that it is an illusion clearly, but at the same time you feel the effects of the illusion. You are able to tell that it is fake, but still experience the effects. At this point, you can focus your chakra into your eyes and just negate the illusion altogether. There is no need to look at your hand. And even if there was, that is a little sketchy. And your initial observation was also wrong. The technique creates all aspects of the fireball including heat. Your reasoning that you look at your hands cause you don't feel heat is not valid.

My apologies for that, when I was taught genjutsu I was told that the illusions would only affect the sight of the target unless the user specifically mentions the sound, etc being affected, sorry for the misunderstanding. So basically to overcome this illusion youd use the sharingans ability to see the illuison with the normal sight and the sharingan sight that lets you see past it, thus proving its an illusion correct?

Yes. Sharingan is essentially able to pierce through illusions by focusing chakra into your eyes. If the Genjutsu is within the Sharingan's rank capabilities, you do not need to take other steps such as looking at your arms and such as you can tell it is an illusion with your eyes alone. But if it is of a higher rank, Sharingan is basically like regular eyes. You cannot tell whether or not is a Genjutsu. In this circumstance, you have to use logical reasoning.

Well, anyway, let's begin the second part. The battle portion!
