Sharingan means your taijutsu is more refined, it grants perception and analyzing skills for techniques and fighting styles. Sasuke being a genius makes it easier for him to counter Naruto. Naruto only has 2 jutsu so someone with the sharingan and a brain can figure what he's doing until Naruto tries to get more unpredictable with his shadow clones.
