Sasuke's wins. His susanoo combined with bsm naruto broke the sword of nunoboko which was juubito's strongest weapon. Madara's PS combined with the kyuubi couldn't even take the shinsuusejnu. Also once obito became a juubi jin, hashirama stated that juubito was more powerful than him.
