If Madara can go PS, then he definitely has a fightning chance, though he doesnt have as much stamina as Nagato

Hiashi is gonna be standing on the sidelines trying to avoid the super OP techs with his ability to read chakra and predict what ninjutsu they will be using. He knows that he cant win this.

Hiashi won't be able to do anything really, so this will mainly be a match between Nagato and Madara, which really could go either way. I'm assuming that Madara is able to summon the Kyuubi, right ?

I'd ultimately have to give this to Nagato, simply because his moveset matches well up against Madara, and I don't think Madara is able to counter the Chibaku. Some people might say that Madara and Kyuubi>Chibaku Yensei, since the Kyuubi broke out of it when fighting the six paths of pain, but keep in mind that:
1. Nagato had already wasted a vast amount of chakra fighting Konoha when he made that one
2. After the Kyuubi broke out, all Nagato did was state that he'd simply have to make it bigger, which likely wouldn't be a problem considering his large chakra reserves.

The Kyuubi could probably be handled by the Gedo, and the Animal Path Summons, since they vastly outnumber him (around 12 vs 1)
Most of Madara's attacks won't be able to do damage to Nagato considering the huge defensive capabilities the Rinnegan grants him. Madara can't risk touching him (Human Path) Ninjutsu will be useless (Preta Path) Weapon techniques can be handled (Deva and Human Path)
Since Madara possesses the Susanoo it is likely that he also possesses the Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. The Amaterasu won't be too bad because of Shinra, but Tsukuyomi might be a problem, but since Nagato will likely not be dumb enough to look directly into a Sharingan user's eye, I think it should be okay.

I'm not in any way stating that Nagato will stomp Madara, I'm just trying to show you how I think this fight'll go. If you disagree, tell me why, don't start flaming for no reason

Byakugan here is useless unless you gave it to Seven-Tails Jinchuuriki Hashirama who could find everybody who tries to hide with the Byakugan while flying due to being the Seven-Tails' Jinchuuriki.

Which is impossible because Seven-Tails Jinchuuriki Hashirama doesn't exist.

You make a very valid point.. and i agree with you on many levels, yet i have to take into consideration, since it was Madara who passed on the Rinnegan to Nagato did he master it beforehand? It's a lot to consider. I believe that complete Susaanoo will be a problem and if all else fails Izanami/Izanagi is always a trick up Madara's sleeve.

To be honest if Pain can be caught in an auditory genjustsu ( the one the frogs sage's use for example) i think Madara will wipe the floor with him.

Hmm, I think the most common theory is that Madara had learnt to use it very well, but that Nagato was better at it, considering the fact that he had so many years to master it, and could use the techniques on a higher scale because of his huge chakra reserves. And agreed, this is a fight that could really go either way, and it'd be extremely difficult for the winner, however it'd be.

Madara since he can summon kurama, he can beat Hiashi low diff and with kurama beat Nagato very high diff.
