In case you guys were wondering in the last chapter of the original story there is an infant in Naruto's office.

According to the databook: "Before Naruto Uzumaki married Hinata Hyuga (before "The Last" movie) Naruto had an affair with Ino Yamanaka."

There was a rumor a few years ago when the manga ended on the largest anime forum that Naruto had a third son its way.

At first I thought it's Shikamaru's son, since Shikamaru always stays with Naruto in the Hokage office to counsel him, but according to the databook that infant is Naruto's bastard son.
