It was leaked which I guess you can blame on technological advancements, this is the age of Piracy I guess. However, Marvel released it "officially" now, so if you wanna see it in good quality go to their webpage, also when Marvel discovered that it was leaked and they failed in containing it, they wrote this on their twitter "Damn you Hydra".

It was supposed to air with Agents of Shield next week but yea...
