[Question] The Avatars...

I was curious of like how people have bigger avatars then other people on narutobase. I know the size limit is 150x200 but why does it seem that so people avatars are 150x300. Its maybe because I haven't been on narutobase in about a month and half but just need someone to inform about the news.
