Terrible news the only familiarity I have of the series is I've watched some films of it and since people highly praised it was going to start it after the series eventually ended. Sad to know that won't happen.

Condolences to his family and all his fans that are grieving his loss.

Berserk was one of my first comic book I enjoyed, got it from my uncle who lived in France at the time, I remember reading that issue again and again, even drawing the characters afterwards. The violence in the book at that time was pleasing to a younger me, I wonder how come till this day.
