I decided to post this theory as I had a sudden idea in my mind which I wanted to share. Or it will keep on bugging me and that's annoying. :lol

The Army Of Chaos

I would start this theory with Sasuke's statements about an army.

The army that Sasuke was talking about was the White Zetsu army Kaguya created from her Mugen Tsukuyomi.

What army existed before Kaguya even ate the Shinju's fruit ?

Imagine the implications of this plot twist. If Humanity is the army which will bring Doom to the world, then it must be eradicated for the sake of the world. I think this might also recreate some very old cracks.

Via this plot line, I tried to show that Humans/Ninjas are failed experiments to create a perfect super-soldier army for world domination. I Think "The Evil Greater Than Kaguya" is the one who started these experiments and is the true villain (The others were all puupets).

Dude every living thing has chakra. If somebody "gives" you chakra, that simply means he created you. Hagoromo could only learn people how to use chakra and his mom is nothing short but the first chakra user in this world (at least 1 that matters).

The Chakra was spread by Hagoromo who in turn got it from Kaguya. Chakra in the end is just an energy to amplify your attacks so just because Hagoromo gave ninjas chakra doesn't mean he created them. The Humans were perhaps created much earlier and Hagoromo was manipulated (Indirectly) to see the end result of what would happen when Humans got chakra.

Kaguya being the first person Proginator of Chakra could turn out to be untrue in the long run. Kaguya ate the Chakra Fruit which was born from the Shinju. But who created (Planted it) the Shinju ? That info is unknown. A holy Tree (Shinju) cannot be the Greater Evil nor can it be Kaguya (Cause the evil is not her), the two prime candidates of the origin of Chakra.

The army statement hints that this evil predated both Kaguya and the Shinju. I think that evil is the real Proginator of chakra and the creator of that army which could be Humans.

The chakra progression could turn out to be like this :-

Greater Evil (Creator of Chakra and Human Army) -> Shinju -> Chakra Fruit -> Kaguya -> Hamura / Hagoromo -> Humans.

Kaguya created zetsu's during her first rain of terror she even stated it when she fought in the end. The zetzus madara thought he was creating from the gedo masou were created by her and trapped in the statue and madara was just extracting them white zetsu, black zetsu and the ones he failed on extracting to.

Yes, but that was the army that Kaguya created. The idea of this theory is to show that someone created an army way before she did and that army was Humans. That someone could also have planted the Shinju in NV and could be the mastermind behind everything.

That would explain why the fruits of this shinjuu that were said to appear every thousand years were "TRADITIONNALLY forbidden fruits".
The guy that planted this shinjuu and that created humanity, said humanity to worship the tree as a holy pillar and not to eat its fruits, because he wants it for himself.
If it's not a "extraterrestrial" guy that said that to humanity, that would mean that humanity knows that eating a fruit will not be a good thing for the sake of humanity, that would mean that humanity have seen that eating the fruits brings big problems, that would mean that a human ate a fruit before Kaguya...

I have another hypothesis for the god tree, we were told in the early chapters of the manga that chakra was a mix of spiritual and physical energies.What if, a tree in the middle of a huge battlefield evolved into a god tree, there was so much blood on the ground and so much dying spirits in the air that the tree survived by absorbing the human blood on the ground (physical energy) with his roots and the dying spirits in the air (spiritual energy) with his leaves, creating an energy that allowed it to survive and grow, chakra.
That god tree was born in time of wars and was the first to discvover the existence of chakra.

Or, someone discovered or created this special tree that can absorb the physical and spiritual energies of "life" via his roots and leaves, and mix those energies into a new energy, chakra, that is stocked into a fruit.
That tree has to be planted on a planet full of life (physical and spuiritual energies) in war to be as productive as possible, which planet would you choose?
Earth is the first choice because there are billions of animals called "humans", those animals have the particularity to mass kill themselves pretty easily and very often (more often than any other species), this mass of blood and dying spirits will create a big fruit, Earth is choice number 1.
