"Batman is not a hero. He's an asshole, an old man, and an idiot who dresses up in a goddamn Batsuit. He doesn't save people. Hell, he doesn't even give people hope. And that's why I'm gonna kill his ass."

Looks | 外見
The Arkham Knight wears a militaristic version of the Batsuit that was meant to mock Batman's appearance, as well as to have considerable protection against opponents in hand-to-hand combat. The suit isn't as light as a feather, but it allows for maximum flexibility and mobility in a fight, as well as giving his taijutsu more impact. The visor of the helmet cannot be seen through by outside eyes, whereas the Knight can see through the visor perfectly. Built into the helmet is also a voice changer which scrambles his voice to further conceal his identity.

Personality | 性格

While the Arkham Knight is a vengeful and cocky individual, he is patient and calculating as well. He will not hesitate to take any opportunity that presents itself, especially during a fight. The Knight also seems psychopathic and displays no mercy for those he deems weak, which is typically the people the Batman protected. He is contemptuous of principles that can prevent people from acting in favour of the greater good, in particular the Batman's "no-kill rule". As the opposite of Batman, he is more than willing to kill those he deems deserving of such punishment. Though he openly speaks of his personal hatred towards the Batman, he never tells anyone why he hates the Dark Knight. According to a number of audio tapes, the drastic change in his personality was caused by the torture he endured at the hands of the Joker.

Introduction: Jason Todd

Jason Todd was the child of Willis and Catherine Todd, being raised in Kirigakure. His father was a petty crook who ended up serving a prison sentence, and even after the sentence was served, his father did not return to the family. That left Jason alone with his drug addicted mother, who he tried to take care of by stealing tools and other things and selling them for cash. Sadly, his mother would soon die of an overdose and he would be left alone. He fended for himself just as he had taken care of his mother by continuing with his thieving ways. One night, Jason came across a market stall which had not been put away, with many expensive jewels and other items. This created an opportunity that Jason did not pass on. Batman caught him when he had already stolen one of the necklaces and was coming to take the others.

Batman tried to put Jason in the ninja academy as a method of discipline, but this did not work out for Jason as his behaviour and reluctance to perform in the school worked against Batman's plan. Batman instead decides that perhaps the boy's anger could be channelled against criminals as Robin, or else the boy would likely end up a criminal himself. This is how Jason Todd became the second Robin. He was not the acrobat Dick Grayson was, but he was a strong kid with skills from life on Kirigakure's streets.

The Second Boy Wonder

On their first official mission as Batman and Robin, it was discovered that Jason's father was killed by a criminal. Furious at the knowledge and the fact that Batman knew of it, Jason went on a rampage until at last confronted with the man. Rather than kill him however, Jason mastered his anger and let him be arrested, much to Batman's pride.

While Jason soon proved to be one of Batman's most enthusiastic students, he was also the most troubled. Brash and impulsive, Jason's former life on the streets had left him with an ambiguous sense of right and wrong. This often placed Jason in opposition to the values his mentor was trying to teach him. Jason often uses excessive force to subdue criminals. In one adventure, asked to "hold off" villains, Jason instantly takes to using lethal force, despite Batman's abhorrence for it. The most dramatic of these moral clashes however happened when Jason tracked down Felipe Garzonasa, a foreign national who had raped a young woman and later drove her to suicide. Moments after Jason arrived, Garzonasa plunged to his death from his apartment balcony. While the truth is still unknown, there is a distinct possibility that Jason pushed Felipe off the balcony, thereby breaking Batman's strict code against ever taking a life.

Afraid of Jason possibly murdering someone, Batman asks Barbara Gordon, to come out of retirement as Batgirl, and work with Jason on a case, hoping that she might gain a better insight into Jason's behavior. Although the pair work well together, Barbara is unable to deny a darkness in Jason, which she later warns Bruce about.

A Death in the Family

Jason later discovers his mother was not his biological mother, and runs away to find the woman who gave birth to him. After following a number of leads, Jason finally tracks his mother, Sheila, to a small town in the region nearby the Ghost Prison, where she works as an aid worker. While Jason is overjoyed to be reunited with his real mother, he soon discovers that she is being blackmailed by the Joker, who is using her to provide him with medical supplies. Sheila herself has been embezzling from the aid agency and as part of the cover-up she hands her own son, who arrives as Robin, over to the Joker. Trapped by Joker and beaten with a crowbar within an abandoned wing of the Ghost Prison, Todd's end had only begun. Jason was captured by Joker and tortured him both physically and psychologically through the many "games" that the Joker came up with. These included showing Jason a photo of Tim Drake as Robin six months later, beating him with a crowbar, and branding his face with a branding iron shaped like the letter "J." When Joker recorded an interview with Jason showing that he had broken him (with Todd going so far as to almost reveal Batman's secret identity), Joker then brutally beat him even further in a frenzy seemingly fuelled by fury, and stated that he didn't like "tattletales". The video was sent to Batman and Batman presumed that Jason was dead after seeing him seemingly get beaten to death.

Rebirth

Jason survived the beating, but snapped at that point. After he believed that Batman would never kill the Joker willingly, despite the fact that he had murdered too many people, and feeling both abandoned and replaced by another Robin by Batman, Jason broke psychologically. Jason eventually managed to escape from the prison and began plotting his revenge against Batman under the alias of the Arkham Knight. Also, around sometime after that, he formed his own private militia of operatives and soldiers and had a hideout in Amegakure. He also decided to go after and kill the Joker after being traumatized and tortured by the insane clown for six months, which would be the last time that anyone ever saw Jason Todd. To the world, Jason Todd was dead. This was the birth of the Arkham Knight.

Other Information

Weaponry — The Arkham Knight carries an assortment of kunai, shuriken, explosive tags and wires within the pouches on his belt for any combat situation.

Expert Strategist and Tactician — As a former Robin, the Arkham Knight was subjected to rigorous exercises that trained the mind to prepare for any situation where techniques and combat alone could not win him the battle. Being taught by Batman himself, the Knight is a very capable tactician whose abilities, while not at the same level of the Batman himself, are quite considerable.

Mandalore — The Arkham Knight is a part of the Mandalore Clan, and employs the armour and abilities of his clan as a Mandalorian Youngling.

Lightning Mastery — Lightning was always one of the Knight's favourite elements, as it represented the force he was willing to use and the one that the Batman was not. Through extensive training and dedication, he gained such proficiency with the element that he is able to perform all techniques of the Lightning element with only a single hand-seal.

Fire Speciality — Aside from being a very brute force and destructive element, this Nature Release was also an element that suited the former Robin's mentality and methodologies. While he did not possess inherent skill with Fire as he did Lightning, he still trained to become particularly skilled with the element. As such, he can perform all Fire techniques with faster seals.

Nice bio, hater and a wannabe of batman though :coffee:
Lmao at those spoilers
This piqued my interest, so I'll reply.

The Arkham Knight never wanted to be Batman. He hates Batman because he never kills (among other reasons), regardless of the severity of the crime. This ties back to how Bruce never attempted to avenge Jason's death after Joker "killed" him, even if it was Jason that died. The Arkham Knight was a persona created to be the Batman's opposite, the Batman's superior. He could take the steps Batman couldn't, e.g. killing people. The Arkham Knight has no reason to want to be like Batman, he wants to be better than Batman.

He could've been if his plan to kill Batman succeeded. Crime would drop due to the deaths of criminals and such. Batman won't cross that line, whereas the Arkham Knight would.
