The purpose of this summit is for the public interests. King Salman thinks of his country and his people rather than personal matters. ISIS is the enemy and that's the reason of this summit.

I guess with each new President of the U.S. there are new policies, new contracts. Since Trump visited Riyadh, most of what has been going on where financial and weaponry contracts. That was yesterday. Now this summit is about to plan a cooperation against ISIS, discuss the Yemen case (The Hoothies) and Iran.
