Umm, Bleach? Gintama? Attack on Titan? Even fu.cking old Dragon Ball had better animation.
Almost every damn series has better animation and what?
The golden egg Naruto, big franchise giving big amount of money cant produce good quality? bullshit. Its just to save more money, giving the job for animator who take less money, thus shi.t quality. Take notice, that some episodes(really low amount of it) has nice quality.

LOL! Are you out of your mind?! Do you have any idea how many episodes Naruto Shippuden has???? To remaster it with perfect quality would equal the budget of 25 to 50 short series depending on how many episodes each has! Also, since you speak as a fan and what a fan should do, do you pay for the episodes as you should do?! Because if not, you have no right to complain. Back in the day pokemon also started with an indifferent animation but because of its huge franchise through games and stuff, through the years, in fact now, has excellent animation. If no one pays for their work, there will be no income and if there's no income there won't be any improvement. They're not your slaves, it's a business, if no one invests on them by paying then don't hope for anything better.

I buy the manga as soon as it is available in my country, I'm not in a developped country it takes a lot of time for it to come to where I am but I do what I can.

Okay then I respect that and I apologise, but you're the exception to that not the rule, most people who are demanding usually don't pay in any way.

The Naruto anime doesn't have really good animation because most of the episodes are outsourced. Not many of the animators from SP animate Naruto because low budget = low animation. They spend their budget on movies and filler specials, very few episodes got great animation.
So it's possible for the anime to get better, but they don't put their budget down for the episodes, or doesn't have enough money (don't know about that since I don't know how much they have).
