It is. Or at least I haven't seen anyone else posting a theory like this. Enjoy the read.
I posted a thread about how Dragon is likely to posess the Uranus and how Enel ad the moon people are linked to the ancient weapons. See it here:

Now that you suggested that Pluton is Raftel it got me thinking.... Since nobody lives there now... It must mean that the said ancient civilization there must've been killed off... It reminds me of that Ancient Kingdom in which I theorize all of the "D."s came from. D standing for descendant.

To make things easier:

WHAT IF Raftel = Ancient Kingdom = Moon people whom are related to Skypiea!?

Good theory though. Welcome to the club.

I always found it odd how the Ancient Kingdom was annihilated just like that, considering their technology and power was extreme at the time. That's why I always figured it was taken out on the inside. We know how Blackbeard has the will of D, but is far different from the others with the D in their name we've seen so far. So what if there was a D. like Blackbeard during the Void century and actually sided with the enemy? It's a good parallel to how he tricked the Whitebeard Pirates.

@Skylar Knight: Despite Poseidon since we learned what it is. It's safe to say that Pluton is man-made, and the first who ever created the first Pluton could be the people of the fallen country 800 years ago. For them creating Poneglyphes and its substance is still unknown if it's SeaStone or something harder than SeaStone.

Uranus is either something natural or man-made is still unanswered.

That or the other kingdoms (later to become the world government) stole the other two ancient weapons. If you read the bottom of my theory about the Noah and Fishmen...

The ancient weapons are heavily linked to the ancient kingdom.

NOTE: The pic isn't mine... I found it so if you see anything errenuous then ignore it. You'll still see where I'm coming from.
Why are these carvings on the moon? Aliens are commonly percieved to be more advanced than humans , the ancient kingdom was advanced. The ancient weapons Pluton and Uranus came from the moon. The picture shows moon people upon a large ship. That ship is the Noah:

The fishmen are related to the D's and may be a product of genetic engineering. The purpose of Noah is still unknown but it may be used to save the world from the tyranny of the world government by transporting Poseidon to the surface to control all sea kings.
(It would also explain why there are so few Fishmen and how they came from nowhere and why they're mistreated by the government.. New species = low populus, creations of the "D's" = enemies... basically)
It would link together Shirahoshi and the Moon People where a gap was formerly apparant.

Since the whereabouts of the ancient weapons is on the ponyglyphs, it's safe to say they're the ones who made made them, especially when the technology of the Ancient Kingdom was off the scales at the time. It would explain how someone around those old ages was able to create these monsters.

But the thing bothering me is that an ancient weapon came to be of natural causes. So I came to a conclusion that Shirahoshi and the Poseidons before her had an insanely strong Haki of some sort so she could communicate with sea kings.

That or the other kingdoms (later to become the world government) stole the other two ancient weapons. If you read the bottom of my theory about the Noah and Fishmen...

I have a problem with this theory of yours. If the Noah was made on the moon, then why is it made out of wood? I'm not denying that there's no way they could produce things made of trees and planks, since we can see both glass and metal in the side story of Enel, but wouldn't they make the Noah out of something harder to defend themselves from danger? They brought their whole civilization down to the "blue planet", so it doesn't make sense to make a ship out of something vulnerable as wood.

Wow awesome theory. I completely agree with you on this. I couldn't stress this much though...You said that Uranus is a staff and Nami might get it right? Are you implying that Nami will be able to stomp WB? :whip:

If it really is a weather manipulating staff, I can't see anyone else use it than Nami. She wouldn't necessarily use it for battle, as she knows it can destroy the world, but yes, I'm implying that she would walk over Whitebeard like the old carpet he is.

We don't know what the moon was like in the past. There are a lot of craters which means meteorite bombardments etc. This may have destroyed the moons ecosystems if it had any. Or the Noah was built on the Earth (it's not Earth though... but you know what I mean).

I can't really argue against that, but it's hard to believe that the nature on the moon was completely different just a bit over a millennium ago. For trees to grow, there has to be water or some sort of nutritions, and I doubt every single trace of its nature have disappeared from the moon's surface.

True, but it's too time-consuming compared to discussion/VS threads. Especially if you want to make a flawless theory.
It can suck the life out of someone. Maybe I'm just the slow one, but I've been working on this theory of mine for over three weeks now.

Which is why I say Noah was built on the planet instead of the moon...

nice! Ilove enel hope he will come back with one of the ancient weapons
I doubt he will come back with an Ancient Weapon, but it wouldn't surprise me if he came back with great technology and advanced weapons.

I know, I just like to argue :p
