my theory for this movie is that hes going to take on the rhino and electro. hes going to get a power boost which is the black suit. remember from spiderman the animated series he also had the suit when he fought rhino. marc webb has said that gwen stacy dies in the story. not for certain in this movie but in his story she does. i think him having the black suit will cause someone close to him to die maybe gwen. he beats said villains. gwen dies at the end
realizes what he has done and removes himself from the suit and during the credit scene we see the symbiote find its new host setting up for the third film
also in my previous post of those two lockers looking very similar. i believe in the past his dad was doing research on the symbiote because also in the comics his dad was the first host. which maybe was the reason his parents were fleeing. which is also the reason why the symbiote is attracted to peter, because of his parker genes
because in this film we find out more about his parents past. could be all a coincidence.
with mary jane i believe that harry will have the hots for her but she will not notice him and will have a crush on peter during the movie. which gets harry angry and jealous. distancing himself from peter
