Chapter 4: Crack
[Review on last chapter]
Note: As promised I've released the fourth chapter earlier to make up for the long delay. I will be regulating my fanfiction release schedule back to Tuesdays thus next Tuesday will be the fifth release!
Kotetsu: Look!
Narrator: Several small figures come into view less than thirty feet away.
Izumo: Be on guard..
Kotetsu: Right!
Figure 1: Do you see what I see?

Figure 3: Stop where you stand foreigners!
Izumo: (In thought) Not again-
Izumo: We've come with permission from the Hokage and Raikage to enter and search the premises..
Figure 4: I don't believe-him do you?
Figure 1: No!
Figure 3: Hold on..I will get confirmation-you two are to stay here until I get back..
Izumo: Understood-
Izumo: (In thought) At least one of them is clear-headed
Kotetsu: (In thought) She is a beauty-I hope I see more of her!
Narrator: Eyes from both sides stare each other down. Once the female was out of view, the remaining group began to create an uproar.

Kotetsu: (In thought) And such a beautiful name..
Izumo: We came here to complete a mission-we want no trouble!
Karui: Omoi-Atsui..lets beat up these guys..
Omoi: Are you sure Karui?
Karui: Hell yes!
Atsui: I’m all fired up-there’s no helping it!
Narrator: Swords are then pulled out by all three Kumo ninja. Atsui then makes the first move.
Atsui: Kumo-Ryuu Atsusa Enjin!
[Jutsu Insight]
Narrator: As the heated ring made its haste way towards Izumo, his partner prepared an attack.
Kotetsu: Suiton: Hyoutenka Mizu no Jutsu!
[Jutsu Insight]
Narrator: This jutsu was used to counter and it weakened the ring but unfortunately the freezing water began to vaporize. It continued its course and collides into Izumo who was unable to dodge in time.
*Whoosh*
Kotetsu: (In thought) Thank goodness..
Narrator: He previously prepared a Kaze Bunshin in case.
Karui: (Shouting) You think you can escape us!!!-Kumo-Ryuu Hoshigiri!
[Jutsu Insight]
Omoi: Kumo-Ryuu Kouatsugiri!
[Jutsu Insight]
Izumo: Fuuton: Kuuki Funsha no Jutsu!
[Jutsu Insight]
Kotetsu: Shit! I'm weak against Raiton jutsu..
Narrator: Due to Izumo’s jutsu, he was able to rocket out of the path of her attack. Having an affinity of water and Earth prompted Kotetsu to quickly utilize another method whereas he summoned his Conch Shell Mace to counter; slamming it onto the ground and using it as a projection.
[Summoning Insight]
Narrator: Although, the charge reaches his weapon and a jolt of electricity hits Kotetsu’s foot at the moment he leaps into the air instantly stunning his entire body which renders him paralyzed as he falls back onto the ground.
Izumo: (Shouting) Kotetsu!-
Kotetsu: *Panting*
Narrator: In a fit of anger, Izumo dashes towards her from the air with his kunai blade in hand and whilst he comes into the appropriate range; he then attacks.
[Jutsu Insight]
Narrator: She stands her ground with katana out in front of her as she strikes back.
[Jutsu Insight]
Narrator: The attacks cancel each other out.
Karui: (Shouting) Is that the best you can do!!!
Narrator: However, Izumo takes advantage of the smoke that ensues and uses another attack.
Izumo: Fuuton: Kyoudai Kaze Nami no jutsu!
[Jutsu Insight]
Narrator: The blast of wind catches her off guard and she is flung various feet away. An enraged tethered clothed Karui spews out a couple words.
Karui: (Shouting) Lets end this!-Kumo-Ryuu Inryokugiri!
[Jutsu Insight]
Samui: Karui!
Karui: Wha-
Samui: Cease your assault!-They were truthful..Raikage-sama confirmed it
Narrator: Hesitantly, she ends her half started technique.
Omoi: (In thought) As I thought-they were telling the truth
Atsui: Way to ruin the mood Samui..
Karui: Hmm..you had to do it and before I could complete my attack!
Narrator: In response to Samui's confirmation, Karui closes her eyes and sharply turned her head to the side. With a sigh of relief, Omoi reached into his pocket pulling out a long awaited lollipop, unwraped it and inserted it into his mouth. Atsui shrugs the disappointing news in his opinion and begins to walk away mouthing off.
Samui: I apologize for any inconveniences-
Karui: C'mon-Samui!
Samui: Go on without me!
Narrator: Her group the continued to walk up ahead.
Samui: You are hurt-I will get an iryou-nin immediately..
Izumo: Thank you..
Narrator: She quickly heads off to locate an iryou-nin.
Kotetsu: I'm feeling better-
Izumo: Allow them to look at you..
Kotetsu: Fine
Narrator: Kotetsu remains lying on the ground as Izumo sits down to rest. Shortly after Samui arrives with the iryou-nin and treatment began.
Iryou-nin: I've sped up the healing process-
Kotetsu: I'm feeling much better already..
Izumo: If that is all..we will recommence our search..
Samui: Understood
Kotetsu: Goodbye!
Narrator: She briefly bows her head and began to walk away with the iryou-nin as Kotetsu could not help but to stare at her backside.
Kotetsu: (In thought) Too bad she's not much of a talker-
Izumo: Kotetsu!-Lets begin..
Kotetsu: Right!
Narrator: They begin descending deeper into Unraikyou's diminished territory and eventually end up at the entrance of Kirabi's training cavern.

Description: This mace is a tool of Kotetsu's that he usually stores in a scroll and summons in battle when necessary. The mace resembles a conch shell with numerous sharp protrusions all over its surface and a marking in the centre that resembles an eye. It's hilt is wrapped in bandages and a chain connects the mace to the base of the hilt.
