Pain is stronger than Itachi.
Deidara and Konan are stronger than Hidan.
Zetsu is at the bottom.
And Hidan at 2nd last.

What do u mean by the "strongest"? If u meant it as to whom is the "better" ninja then ur list isnt good.
This is my list of who's the better ninja(In their prime or when they r seen at there best)
1) Obito (w/ or w/o his six paths)
2) Pain
3) Kisame and/or Itachi
5) Konan
6) Deidara, kakazu, and/or sasori
8) Hidan
9) Zetsu
(if i had included Orochimaru, he would have been above or below Konan)

Deidara pales against him, one reason why Deidara never messed with Sasori... if it wasn't for plot shield, Sasori would have ended Chiyo's and Sakura's life within a matter of minutes.

I like Konan for this one. Assuming they are NOT edo. Obito won but only because he used Izanagi. Then again Konan had prep time so that one could go either way. I think she would destroy Zetsu and Hidan. Kakuzu could give her some trouble with the multiple elements affecting her paper but i think she could over come that. We see she was the one sent to recruit Sasori so i believe Nagato was confident in her abilities to win had it come to that. itachi's genjustu could be an issue as well as his Susanoo so he may take that one. She can fly and oil her paper so I think kisame may also lose. Nagato couldn't exactly walk and i take Konan as kind of an assassin type. Depending on his health he could either lose or stomp her. I don't think the majority of Deidara's explosions would work. The only exception might be his C4 Garuda. It's tough. Counter argument's could be made for almost any member and we know A>B B>C doesnt mean A>C here.
