The all time series Sasuke vs Naruto is 2-1-1 Sasuke

Naruto went for the headband and Sasuke for a killing blow Naruto could have done the same damage to Sasuke and they could have been lying there and Naruto would end the series. And Sasuke himself said he lost and he didnt mean he just lost the fight, but oh well some Sasuke fanboys are just gona keep doing what they can

Except the first fight in shippuden was after Naruto fought Orochimaru and was stated to be weaken even before meeting Sasuke by both Sakura and Naruto. So unless you're saying Sasuke can beat 4 tail (version 2) then Sasuke was given that match as Naruto chose not to use Kurama plus was weakened.

Sasuke said he lost, Naruto was never fighting to kill while Sasuke stated he wanted to kill Naruto; he wasn't even using the other 8 Bijuus abilities which was what did the most damage to Kaguya.

Naruto wasn't trying to kill Sasuke in part 1 VoTE either plus he didn't use Gamabuta when he could easily capture or kill Sasuke with Gamabuta.

So none of their fights was with Naruto giving his all if he's not using his full power or strongest jutsu; Naruto holding back doesn't mean it's a real victory for Sasuke, Sasuke wouldn't accept it anyways. Same way you can't say Hebi Sasuke really beat Itachi, he won the fight by outlasting and the fact Itachi wasn't trying to kill him but to push him and when he thought he might had killed Sasuke with Amaterasu he wasn't happy about it.

Sasuke said "You wouldn't be able to kill me fighting like that" or something along the context. Naruto replied by saying "I don't want to kill you". Most people perceive this statement by Sasuke and it's counter by Naruto incorrectly. Sasuke was trying to fuel Naruto to use his full power so that both of them could fight to the max.

Firstly, Naruto wasn't holding back at any point. Secondly, Naruto wasn't using his maximum power when Sasuke urged him to step up his game, but so wasn't Sasuke. You saw Naruto not using his full power? What about caring to observe that even Sasuke wasn't fighting at his full potential. Did some character from the manga needed to tell you that just because you can't observe something so obvious yourself? Just because Naruto said " I don't want to kill you", you perceive that he was holding back which on it's own is stupid of you. And just because Sasuke didn't say something similar (something that could have a similar implication), you conclude that he was utilizing his full power. Just shows how immature and biased you are.

BTW, both of them were exhausted, not just Naruto. And if I had to be honest, I'd say Sasuke was more exhausted. Because as the fight progressed, Sasuke lost control of his powers, whereas Naruto showed no such symptoms.

So you're saying that if a kid for example came at his brother with the intention to kill and the brother doesn't want to kill his brother that it would be a fair fight? If so then you're completely delusional and you're the only person even those who are fans of sasuke admit that Naruto was more exhausted

3. Used sealing jutsu
4. Used yang sealing jutsu
5. Used more versions of the rasengan
6. Held his own against Kaguya while Sasuke was in the desert dimension

Bragging about how sasuke "won" some 30 years ago in academy is like bragging how you stood first in primary school but then failed hard and dropped out of college.

If the End of series fight where he put everything including their future at risk, used up all his power and still failed to kill naruto carries the same weight as some kiddie brawl to you, then I wonder whether you really are a fan of him.

That's like denying their rivalry ever existed. By your logic Naruto would have never caught up to Sasuke because he lost in their previous fights. Naruto used up all his strength to beat sasuke and actually Sasuke did have him on the verge of death but that would have resulted in the end of his life as well.
