lol. Naruto and Sasuke have been clashing chidori and rasengan for a while now. Naruto would not have won that clash. It's just the nature of their techniques. Chidori pierces. Rasengan blows up.

Ya ik that but he just got a power up that gave sasuke an improved curse mark and chakra and made their chidori rasengan tie at the valley of the end. So I'm assuming naruto would of won without that power up and kakashi said that too I think.
