Can only be used once every three years under a full mo0on) and sharingon. Has a summon tiger named Kyra that can summon the moon when neear death making both of them stronger.

Confuses the foe while triggering intense reality altering visions. Also slows reflexes and makes normal thought process near impossible, persist for a long duration .
